Our Standard Delivery charge is a flat rate of £3.90 in the mainland UK. We can also personally deliver locally in Blackburn, Lancashire (BB1 Postcodes ONLY for £1.00). Please select `Local Delivery` at the checkout page. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. However during our busy periods it may take 2-3 days to dispatch your order.
Once your order has been dispatched it can take 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday) for you to receive your order, although some items may arrive sooner than this. Please note orders placed on Friday after Jumu`ah Salah may be shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Little Ummah Toy Shop offer Flat Rate Shipping – this means we only charge you one shipping rate no matter how much you order at once, we absorb any additional costs!!
*PLEASE NOTE: International Parcels may be subject to additional custom charges and inspection whereby parcels may be opened to be inspected. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, and the buyer accepts all such liabilities when placing an order with Little Ummah Toy Shop.
Changed your mind? We give our customers a 14 day cooling-off period from the date of order if they wish to return their goods. Please ensure you contact us in writing via email@example.com if you wish to do so and we will provide you with a returns address. All goods must be sent back in original condition as it was shipped out to you. It is the customer`s responsibility to ensure the goods are sent back to us ASAP at your cost and risk. We will also ensure on our behalf we process refunds ASAP (or within 30 days max) InSha`Allah.
Please note that our products are held in Amanah (trust) with yourselves and you have a duty to reasonable care of our goods. Failure to do so will provide us with the right to claim compensation and we may reduce the refund amount back to you. All refunds if product has been returned in sale-able condition will be refunded in full for the price paid of product(s); unfortunately we are unable to refund any shipping costs as these are paid to our courier.
Refunds will be made back to you by the original purchase method (e.g. cash, card, paypal account, etc.).
We check the condition of all our goods and test any electrical devices (where applicable) to ensure they are in good condition and working order before we ship them out to you, however, if you find that your goods have arrived damaged or faulty please get in touch with us within 3 days from delivery so we can launch an investigation.
